INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 lb. crab-ease (seafood sticks)
- 2 chopped hard cooked eggs
- 1/4 c. chopped celery
- 1 tbsp. minced chives or onions
- 1/4 to 1/2 c. salad dressing (Miracle Whip)
- 1 tsp. prepared mustard
- 1 tbsp. chopped dill pickles
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Combine crab-ease with remaining ingredients. Chill. Serve on crisp greens or on your favorite bread. Another option is to mix cooked macaroni to the salad. The crab salad recipe is ready to serve...enjoy !
